Autumn 2 - Week 2

On Monday, the girls football team went to a football tournament and came in second place. Well done girls! The girls put on an amazing match. They only lost in a penalty shootout.




In the afternoon, in P.E learnt we learnt how to catch and throw a rugby ball.The kids had tons of fun we improved so much after this lesson. 











Mrs Lawrence taught an amazing science lesson - it was about plant and animal adaptation.  





On Tuesday, we started to learn about WWI and Remembrance Day because we are going to the church for Armistice Day on Friday.

In R.E, we learnt about differences and similarities between world-wide religions.









On Wednesday, we started to learn about area and we also started to organise our poems and gather ideas in literacy.










On Thursday, we carried on with our WWI poems.

In the afternoon, we carried on with our N.A.F.I.R. work and created habitats and food webs for our new planet.


On Friday, we completed the Life Bus evaluation and we went to the war memorial at 11:00 AM to remember the people from WWI who gave up their lives for ours.













In the afternoon, we continued with our N.A.F.I.R project.
