William Shakespeare
We read 'The Tempest' - a play by William Shakespeare. Then we got into groups and acted out a scene to present to the other class. 6L read King Lear. 
Other activities completed this week . . .
- rewriting 'The Tempest' or 'King Lear'
- hot seating - thoughts and feelings from the characters in the Tempest
- listening to a musical piece and creating a dance
- sharpening up our understanding of speech punctuation
- World Book Day - learning about comic book heroes and villains and choosing our activities. 6L looked at the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland.
